**Position Overview**:
We are on the lookout for a Director of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing efforts across our diverse group of companies. This pivotal role involves enhancing our brand's online presence, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads and customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with our overall business goals.
- Boost our online presence through SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and other digital initiatives.
- Utilize data and analytics to derive insights and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the digital marketing budget.
- Oversee all company websites and blogs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Establish and strengthen our online brand, employing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Execute marketing campaigns that achieve business objectives and generate leads.
- Direct and support market research efforts, including data collection, analysis, and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Develop and manage the social media strategy for all group companies.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to align company messaging, promotions, and goals.
- Stay current with trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Track record of designing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of all current digital marketing channels.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with web design principles.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities.
