**Role Summary**

Commure is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team and assist in creating user-centered digital products for the healthcare industry. The ideal UX/UI designer should possess a broad understanding of contributing to and leveraging a design system.

As a crucial member of our design team, you will report to the Director of Design and be responsible for contributing to the design of our healthcare digital products, from concept to delivery. As a UX/UI expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging experiences that improve patient outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a critical thinking, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset. You should be able to approach design problems in a structured and methodical way, breaking down complex issues into manageable steps. You should also be able to analyze problems from different angles and use data and user research to inform design decisions.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development, delivery, and iteration of amazing user experiences for our products, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create innovative and engaging solutions that meet user needs and business goals
- Identify emerging trends and requirements and ensure design consistency and quality by partnering with the design systems team and engineers to build consistent and reusable patterns that can be leveraged across multiple products and platforms
- Solicit and share feedback to improve the quality of experiences and the collaborative design process, with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement
- Set the standard for design craft, best practices, workflow, and delivery of work, helping to establish a culture of design excellence within the organization and mentoring junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a track record of delivering high-quality design work
- Exceptional visual design skills, including a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color theory, language, and brand systems
- Impeccable attention to detail and a strong focus on crafting exceptional user experiences
- Broad understanding of contributing to and leveraging a design system in Figma, with experience building and maintaining consistent and reusable patterns
- Familiarity with platform conventions on Web, iOS, and Native Mobile, as well as an understanding of when to break them to create innovative and engaging user experiences
- Extensive experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions, with the ability to quickly iterate and refine designs based on feedback
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver exceptional products
- English fluency
