**Descripción de la Posición**:
OCMI Workers Comp busca un Desarrollador en Node.js/NestJS con 2-4 años de experiência en diseño y arquitectura de módulos para aplicaciones internas. Este rol es clave en nuestro equipo, y buscamos alguien que no solo destaque en el desarrollo, sino que también aplique pruebas unitarias para garantizar la calidad del código. **Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Desarrollar y liderar la arquitectura de módulos en múltiples aplicaciones internas.
- Colaborar con equipos especializados para lograr soluciones técnicas eficientes y de alta calidad.
- Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones utilizando Node.js / NestJS, React / Next.js, Typescript y MySQL / MariaDB.
- Aplicar y promover las mejores prácticas de control de fuente mediante Git.
- Contribuir a la mejora continua mediante la evaluación y refactorización del código base.
- Garantizar la seguridad de nuestras aplicaciones de alto rendimiento escribiendo código testeable, reutilizable y eficiente.
- Realizar revisiones del código, centrándose en la cobertura, la calidad y la eficacia de las pruebas.

**Requisitos Técnicos**:

- Experiência comprobada de 2 a 4 años en desarrollo de software, incluyendo prácticas sólidas de unit testing.
- Experiência sólida en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web con Node.js. y prioritariamente NestJS como framework.
- Capacidad para escribir pruebas eficaces y fiables teniendo en cuenta el impacto y la mantenibilidad.
- Conocimiento avanzado en la elaboración de pruebas con Cypress, Selenium, Jest o Vitest
- Profundo conocimiento de Node.js / NestJS, TypeScript, React / Next.js y MySQL / MariaDB.
- Experiência en entornos Unix (MacOS, Linux).
- Familiaridad con patrones de diseño (SOLID, fábricas, servicios, inyección de dependencias, etc.).
- Conocimientos opcionales en React Native y Expo.
