**Job Description: Media Buyer (Financial Markets)**

We seek a proactive and problem-solving **Media Buyer with expertise in financial market regulations and programmatic advertising.** This role manages, delivers, and optimizes data-driven campaigns across websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms while ensuring compliance with financial industry standards.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies across websites, Display, Video, Audio, Digital Out-of-Home, and Social platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and tracking to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with financial advertising regulations, focusing on what can and cannot be advertised.
- Solve complex issues in campaign performance by identifying trends, and optimizing targeting, bidding, and creative strategies to improve ROI.
- Proactively collaborate with creative teams to develop effective and compliant ad creatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and new advertising technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Provide detailed performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with product goals and regulatory standards.

**Skills, Experience & Education**:

- 1-2+ years of programmatic media buying experience, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to campaign optimization and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing website ad campaigns and understanding digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency with DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of financial advertising regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
