Schedule/planning therapy sessions for therapists with the company's clients;
- Schedule ASSESSMENT visits for clients in the assessment stage;
- Coordinate/planning therapists and company's client's schedules in NPA;
- Schedule sessions for supervisors with the company's clients;
- Schedule school observations for the company's clients;
- Keep track of updates and requests from therapists via Viber (real-time);
- Daily updates on client's schedule in real-time, as per families or therapists' requests;
- Set up clinical meetings;
- Monitoring of contract end for client's authorization for services;
- Update NPA appointments upon new authorizations;
- Communicate with the Operations department about authorization for the company's clients;
- Keep track of Activity and Results notes per client (for her/his caseload);
- Update schedule in NPA for therapists, supervisors and company's clients;
- Create/update reports according to work responsibilities;
- Update maps.
Pay: $150,000,000 - $250,000,000 per month
