**Your Role**:
As an Agile Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing agile values, principles, and practices across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders. You will be the transformation catalyst who accelerates cultural shifts and helps organizations thrive in complexity and uncertainty.
- Drive the Agile mindset and principles at team, department, and leadership levels through coaching, workshops, and active participation.
- Design and facilitate Agile transformations, tailoring strategies for different maturity levels and organizational contexts.
- Assess team agility maturity and co-create continuous improvement plans.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, developers, and leaders to develop agile behaviors and high-performance team dynamics.
- Support enterprise-level scaling of Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model) and drive lean portfolio management practices.
- Facilitate large group events like PI Planning, retrospectives, and strategy sessions.
- Identify systemic impediments to agility and partner with leadership to address root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Agile practices in engineering, design, and business domains.
- Champion feedback culture, psychological safety, and servant leadership.

**Who You Are**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile practitioner in software development and/or business environments.
- Strong grasp of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), Lean, and Systems Thinking.
- Experience facilitating and coaching across all levels of an organization (team, leadership, C-level).
- Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of organizational change management and business agility transformation.
- Prior experience with DevOps, Product Management, Design Thinking, or Lean Startup is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual or multilingual is a plus).
- Relevant certifications: ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent.
