Junior Lawyer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Lawyer to be part of the Legal team in Colombia. In this challenging role, you will act as **junior legal counsel** and attend to the day-to-day activities of our clients and company.

As a highly organized and structured person, with fluent English and great communication skills, you will be an essential part of our legal team to attend to any legal requirement. In this position we expect you to have clear communication skills, be proactive with response time with assigned tasks.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized, be a natural leader, and have fantastic communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Lawyer qualified in Colombia.
- Recent experience in the incorporation of companies in Colombia with foreign shareholders.
- Experience working with the Chamber of Commerce and performing / filing formalities with the office.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Hard-working, committed, and able to deliver results.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must enjoy working in a team environment.

**Desired Requirements**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in commercial, corporate, and company law proceedings.
