**Primary Purpose**:
Responsible to supply all needs of products and services from all associates according to the Procurement procedures

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Purchase products and Indirect Services with the best price, quality and delivery in local or foreign markets respecting rules, procedures and Polices from Procurement Department and aligned with company policies.
- Quote, negotiate and buy products and services improving Savings and Cash Flow.
- Manage bidding processes and renegotiate current services
- Find and evaluate new suppliers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and identify local opportunities to achieve financial and operational objectives
- Control and update KPI, reports and other objectives under this role responsibility
- Manage internal purchasing requisitions, on the basis of seeking the best conditions for Goodyear (price, quality, payment terms and delivery opportunity)
- Generate orders and keep track of products
- Focus on generating savings, reducing costs and increasing payment conditions, in accordance with regional objectives
- Look for new opportunities or methods to improve operations and costs
- Interact with internal customers to identify and comply with local requirements
- Demonstrate savings by using effective trading tools
- Lead then interns team to develop skills and contribute to Procurement objectives

**Education and Certifications**:

- Degree in: Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineer, Administration or Economy.

**Experience**:

- Between 2 to 4 years in Procurement Departament.
- Indirects Sourcing Negotiations
- Purchasing MRO, Facilities, Engineering. Preferred
