Jr. Paid Traffic Ads Manager/media Buyer

We're looking for a data-driven individual who's a critical thinker, and is either already media buying or looking to transition to digital media buying
You'll be working with the senior media buyer and account managers to manage and optimize YouTube ad campaigns for our clients, to ensure high-quality ad channels are created to reach target audiences. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Working with our Sr Media Buyer and Account Manager to refine high-level client strategy;
- Reporting and data analysis;
- Creating and monitoring campaigns;
- Researching new targeting options;
- Setup re-targeting ad funnel;
- Working with graphic designers to get new images created;
- Working with our video copywriter to get new video ads created;
- Auditing client accounts and finding points of improvement; and
- Other media buying-related tasks as and when needed.
**To be considered for this role, you**:
- Must have an excellent written and verbal English skills;
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets;
- Has previously held roles which required objectively analysing data to discover how things can be operated differently to generate more values;
- Familiarity with digital marketing industry jargon;
- Familiarity with media-buying jargon
- Be able to work from 9 AM-5 PM;
- Knowledge of Google or other paid ads platform;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; and
- Great attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

**Salary**: $4,461,943 - $6,692,914 per month
