**We are looking for a passionate IT Specialist out there**
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate the security-cloud infrastructure and operations.
- Maintain constant communication with internal and external clients and respond to their inquiries.
- Support second-level IT tickets and escalate issues with the IT Microsoft partner.
- Follow the standard procedures to honor the service level agreement, ensuring the availability of hardware, software, and communications services.
- Provide support across all departments and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Document each case and perform follow-up to close the case.
- Supervise the department KPIs and provide results.
- Create benchmarks, provide quotations of hardware services and maintain communication with suppliers.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as IT Support or related field.
- Software Development or related (it can be a student or must have equivalent experience in the sector).
**Knowledge and certificates**:
- Microsoft or Google certifications in IT Field (plus)
- AZ 900. - SC 900. MS 900. SC-RELATED.
- Knowledge in information Security (required)
- Azure Active Directory (AAD) (required)
- Identity access management (IAM) (mandatory)
- Operations systems, and basic knowledge in Microsoft 365 (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of IT Ticket system (required)
- Network (desirable)
- VPN (Desirable)
- Remote desktop protocol (RDP) (required)
- Citrix (desirable)
- AnyDesk (desirable)
- Team Viewer (desirable)
- Microsoft security center (required)
- Microsoft compliance center (required) data loss prevention (DLP) (desirable)
