Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management

Overview:
The Security Solutions Organization’s primary objective is to make Mastercard the safest, simplest, and smartest way to pay by developing products and services to protect our network and reduce fraud. Within Security Solutions, Mastercard’s Dispute Resolution handles disputes, reducing their lifecycle and enhancing customer and cardholder experiences.

Role Responsibilities:

- Support Product Management functions: research & analysis, product documentation, readiness assessments, and successful product launch.
- Collaborate with Finance, Global, and Division teams on financial planning & analysis, including research and impact analysis for new pricing initiatives.
- Plan and conduct product trainings for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support strategy formulation initiatives, including regional product line strategies and go-to-market plans.

All About You:

- Experience in the electronic payments industry, preferably at an issuing/acquirer bank, processor, vendor, or card brand. Payment Disputes experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Position may require some travel.
- English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a plus.
