As our **Creative Director**, you will play a crucial role in shaping and guiding the creators we manage, helping them define their brand identities and produce captivating content. Your expertise will enhance engagement and grow dedicated audiences across platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and YouTube long-form videos.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage content creation strategies for creators, ensuring alignment with their brand identity.
- Oversee the development of both short-form and long-form content for platforms including IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Provide creative direction that drives engagement and fosters audience growth.
- Collaborate with creators to brainstorm and execute compelling content ideas.
- Manage and guide an in-house team of editors and virtual assistants (VAs) to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Build and optimize efficient operations, processes, and systems that support team functions and agency departments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of social media trends and evolving content strategies.
- Work closely with the CEO and team members, providing creative counsel and solutions when needed.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring seamless project execution.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** **as a Creative Director in the social media and content niche**.
- A **strong portfolio** **showcasing creativity, innovation, and audience-building expertise.**:

- **Expertise in content creation**, with a focus on both short-form and long-form formats.
- Deep understanding of engaging and trendy content strategies for social media platforms.
- **Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.**:

- Demonstrated success in driving engagement and building brand identity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive for excellence.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to provide strategic guidance to creators, team members, and executives.
- **Fluent in English** and Spanish.**
