**About Us**:
GoodRec started 3 years ago with a small community in Brooklyn, New York. Since then, we have grown into the largest pickup sports app in North America. With the GoodRec app, finding a one-off pickup game, league, or tournament near you is fast and easy. All you have to do is tap the app, join a game, and show up ready to play
- GoodRec is an app where you can find sports games to play in near you.
- 1000 soccer games are played each week due to the app.

- We're looking for ambitious entrepreneurs who want to build the way the world plays sports.

**What you'll do**:
We are seeking an experienced Product** **Manager** **to expand GoodRec’s product to new sports and communities. You will work closely with the founding team to grow revenue and profit and build scalable operating systems.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and user needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Analyze data to optimize user experience and prioritize features based on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovate to continuously add value to the product.

**The ideal profile**:

- Entrepreneurs who want to build something big and set ambitious goals with experience working in high-growth start-ups.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Hands-on approach with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Self-starters who proactively identify and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Passionate about sports is a plus

**Some key requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Background in entrepreneurship or startup environments with a demonstrated ability to drive product success.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in English.
