Responsable de apoyar la operación del segmento de valor y de volumen, sus labores son de nível estratégico debe desarrollar iniciativas para aumentar las ventas de las soluciones de seguridad de Cisco. Dar soporte preventa a los products manager y personal de venta en un primer nível. Promover proyectos que conlleven al incremento del market share de la marca

Garantizar los reportes acordados contractualmente con el vendor.

Genera reportes del Sistema y acude a las diferentes áreas que intervienen en el proceso para unificar la información.

Se debe garantizar la frecuencia y calidad de cada reporte. Normalmente los reportes son de carácter semanal.

Realizar las cotizaciones de seguridad para los clientes del segmento de valor y de volumen, de la línea de acuerdo a su nicho de clientes.

Utilizar las herramientas de cotización de la empresa para realizar las ofertas.

Realizar seguimiento a su funnel de negocios y generar el reporte en IM 360.

Generar el reporte en IM360 y mantener actualizada la información garantizando un cumplimiento de cobertura y ventas en el segmento que apoya.

Cumplir con la cuota global de cobertura, inventario y ventas del segmento de volumen.
