**Exciting Bilingual IT Support Analyst Opportunity at Trans-Pro Logistics Inc**

Join Trans-Pro Logistics Inc, a dynamic and rapidly growing third-party Transportation and Logistics provider with over three decades of experience. We specialize in freight services across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, delivering exceptional transportation solutions to our expanding client base.

With our headquarters in Montreal and offices in Toronto, Calgary, Mexico, Colombia, and Ukraine, we are now looking for a talented IT Support Analyst to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with end-users and colleagues to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring the support team remains focused and well-organized.

Your impact:

- Provide outstanding technical support to end-users by managing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges.
- Empower users by teaching them how to utilize our CRM platform, while offering support for any questions or concerns.
- Manage the CRM platform, overseeing user access, customizations, and reporting.
- Administer secure cloud access for users, implementing robust security measures.
- Maintain our calling platform, guaranteeing seamless communication across all channels.

Your qualifications:

- Degree in Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proven experience in IT Support or similar roles.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, meeting deadlines while working independently and collaboratively.
- Position details: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Full time, with an immediate start_.
- The interview will be conducted in English.
- CV in English is required.
