Working Conditions

About the Role

A Junior Digital Marketing Graduate helps support the day-to-day execution of the influencer marketing initiatives in partnership with Client Success Associates and serves as a secondary point of contact for the influencer network.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with influencers to align with campaign KPIs and creative briefs.
- Manage campaign outreach, influencer vetting, and audience verification.
- Handle influencer communication during vetting and content review phases.
- Review and approve campaign content, providing feedback as needed.
- Maintain internal calendars, campaign reports, and Google Drive organization.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and campaign updates.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience or familiarity with marketing.
- Passion for the influencer/creator industry and a strategic mindset.
- Advanced English skills (a must-have).
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with project prioritization.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
