**Consultant Directors **with expertise in cultural and business transformation to join our
**Cultural Hacking** team at Globant

- Your Key Responsibilities:_
- Co-define with management team the studio vision and main strategy pillars to ensure sustainable growth, strategic planning, business profitability accountable for, P&L, alliances, and KPIs.
- Leads, coaches and negotiates with senior level (internal and external) stakeholders.
- Can lead big accounts long term and multiple clients.
- Ensure quality of deliverables and project revenue management.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Several years of experience working in consulting.
- Experience in developing sales proposals under strategic digital and cultural transformations
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise, challenge and influence.
- Consultant experts with commercial acumen, relevant experiences and high degree of enthusiasm to adapt and learn in a fast-moving environment.
