GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Media Buyer role will be to draft marketing campaigns from start to finish, on the Google Ads platform. The Jr. media buyer should be able to work independently and be proficient with Google’s different ad formats (Search, Display, Youtube, Shopping) Ad policies as well as an advanced understanding of audiences, tracking and attribution models.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of Facebook and Google Ads campaigns from conception to execution to analysis.
Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives. Leveraging our real-time data dashboards and reporting tools, you will be tasked with communicating campaign performance to clients and creating a clear roadmap for the future.
Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.
Prepare reports and present results to clients and management. Work special projects assigned to the Production area.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related analytics fields)
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Digital Marketing or related role.
Google Fundamentals Certification and at least 1 specialty certification (mobile, search, display preferred)
At least 3 Blueprint Courses Completed Quick and avid learner Strong, professional verbal communication Excellent writing skills (Bilingual a plus) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Innovative thinker and collaborative team player Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Economics, or related analytics fields)
