Rappi is one of the first Latin American unicorns and a start-up that continues to focus on growing and making life easier for our users. As a company, we seek to continue improving the services we already offer, add more to our offer and continue expanding throughout the Latin American continent.**Role Objective**:
- The main objective is to help drive growth of SOAT in Rappi by overviewing all marketing campaings, product development with tech team and stakeholders.
- I expect a person who is willing to learn about growth in the overall, this involves marketing, product development, stakeholders management and unit economics.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Overviewing, proposing and managing Unit Economics of all marketing and communication campaigns.
- Follow up of the product development in the app
- Assitance in all the management of our key stakeholders and search for new ones.
- Assitance in the accountable process of Mundial (Insurance carrier), Busqo (intermediary) and Rappi relationship
**Key Requirements**:
- Soft skills:
- Extremelly proactive and purposeful
- A data driven person
- Good people skill
- Hard skills:
- Preferably a person from business or industrial engineering
- Knowledge in marketing campaigns offline and online
**Desired Requirements**:
- SQL knowledge
- Knowledge in data analysis
