**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish Sales VA with experience in Appointment Setting and a strong desire to learn administrative tasks, cold calling, lead generation, and social media management, to join our remote team and help deliver exceptional service to our clients.

**What we offer**:

- Paid training program to set you up for success. Training Allowance is $2
- Once the training is passed, the rate will update to $5 per hour
- Full-time. Mon-Fri, 8 hrs a day. (no part-time)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales/ Appointment Setting experience is a MUST
- Is eager to learn administrative tasks, cold calling, lead generation, and social media management
- Speaks fluent English and Spanish
- Has at least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry or freelancing industry
- Based in Colombia and actively seeking full-time work

**Qualifications**:

- Permanent work-from-home setup (bring your own equipment)
- A growth-driven, professional, and supportive team environment
