Main head of OT Sales channel for Colombia. Leads a key account managers team to reach business plan in gross sales, NOPBT and SOM.
- Create, lead and deliver the strategy for OT, discounters and e-commerce channels through the team.
- Support strategic actions for each client to enable short, medium and long-term objectives.
- Lead his/her team to reach success in every client through codification and execution strategy.
- Ensure execution standards and the best service level in every commercial site.
- Sustain SOM growing for the channel.
- Reach short, medium and long-term sales budget.
- Promote the The Pepsico Way behaviours in its team for every action.
- Elevate talent and diversity in its KAM team.
- Manage a low amount of receivables.
- Sustain and improve the company position in Advantage.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- B.A in Management, engineering or any program related.
- M.B.A or M.A (preferred).
- English advanced.
- 6+ years in Management positions.
- High proven negotiation skills.
- Experience in modern channels as Supermarkets, Discounters and E-commerce.
**Relocation Eligible**: Eligible for Standard Relocation
