**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the healthcare sector locally, nationally and internationally.
- Develop effective lead generation strategies, including digital marketing, social media, events and collaborations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Utilize negotiation techniques.
- Work closely with the Marketing and customer care team to ensure a smooth transition from leads to customers.
- Continually follow up with potential clients to maintain their commitment and interest in our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities and conversions in the customer management system.
**Requirements**:
- Students or graduates in Marketing or related fields.
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional negotiating and deal-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into tangible results.
- Results oriented
- Experience with Cold-Calling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
