**Technical Lead / Fullstack**

We look for a Senior Software Developer who is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a software development project and take over the role as a key member of a software development team who plays an important role in ensuring the quality and success of the software being developed.

We offer stability and flexibility to integrate into working groups and challenging projects for our clients in the financial sector, both public and private (banks, insurance, similar).

**Academic/training requirements**:

- At least 4-5 years of previous experience as Software Developer.
- Plus, at least 2-3 recent years as Technical Team Lead.
- Minimum academic training: Complete university, or experience and certifications equivalent to a university baccalaureate or higher.
- Primary area of professional training: Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related Engineering.
- Secondary vocational training area: Software development methodologies and best practices, testing and quality assurance practices, DevOps and CI/CD practices, Scalability, perfomance, and security concerns.
- Languages: Advanced English (B2 /C1)

**Technical knowledge**:
Required Stack
- NodeJS, Python, Javascript, Databases (PostgreSQL, SQL + NoSQL)
- Public Cloud Infraestructure and Services (AWS, AWS S3, AWS RDS, GCP, Azure)
- SaaS Solutions.
- On-Premise Solutions

**Desired**
- GraphQL, AWS Lambda, Sequelize ORM.
- DevOps general.
- VMs (Windows, Linux, MacOS)

**Responsabilities**
- Planning, scheduling, and managing multiple areas simultaneosly: technology choices, system design.
- Analyzing projects specs.
- Improving the way projects are planned and resources are managed.
- Communication and collaboration with others members of the team, stakeholders and management.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring that software development best practices are being followed.
- Troubleshooting technical issues that involve software development.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ensure the succesful delivery of high-quality software that meets business requirements and satisfies user needs.

**Collaboration scheme**
- Type of contract: Direct and for an indefinite period.
- Hours: From Monday to Friday, daytime shifts, flexible (EST time)
- Financial compensation: Negotiable
