**We are searching the best talent for Financial Supervisor to be in São José dos Campos, SP or Cali, Colombia.**

**Purpose**:The Region Business Unit Finance Professional will be responsible for partnering on all decision support and analysis including Financial Management, Business Partnering, and Strategic Planning. The role will be critical in generating insights for use in providing counsel, risk management, and decision-making recommendations to leadership in supply chain and commercial. The role will be required to engage and influence BU line management, while playing a support role in identifying opportunities and taking proactive actions to minimize exposure to the Financial Plan.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Partner with the region to deliver results and GP improvement by providing decision support, input into negotiations and helping to frame the Supply Chain financial picture
- Support the End-to-End relationship between Supply Chain, Commercial, SC Finance Pillars, and Deliver
- Participate in Financial Management activities including:

- Strategy & Analysis around the forecast as well as the plan to deliver results including action planning against risks and opportunities.
- Facilitation / support of business reviews on a forecast and ad hoc basis
- Strategically partner with the business through, Long Range Financial Plan, Business Plan, and Busines Plan update cycles
- LRFP (long range financial planning) and long-term GP improvement projects
- New business model support (Ex. ecommerce) / portfolio optimization / new product modeling /Digital Support
- Cascading targets to proper functions and/or countries
- Engage in business case development and leadership on prioritization and governance for:

- Capital (New Products / PMO), NPD, LCM, BCP Investment Strategy
- Provide financial support on business cases for key initiatives, create and present financial models/scenarios to support data-based decisions (Make vs Buy, Networking Studies)
- Point of contact for the following Business Support:

- Commercial Finance, Partnership Janssen; Squad Support; Acquisition / Divestiture Support
- Training Business Partners: Compliance - (Review / Sign Off as needed)
- Ad Hoc Project Support / Process Improvement initiatives (Ex: Lei do Bem) / region specific strategic projects requiring SC finance support

**Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred
- Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes. A minimum 3 years of experience with finance or cost accounting or Supply Chain or related business is required
- Fluent English is mandatory.

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Experience with SAP and Analytics/Business Intelligence tools (eg. Power BI, Tableau etc.) is preferred
- Results & performance driven: Assumes full personal ownership & accountability for delivering excellent business results
- Strong influencer, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.
- Translate insights into solutions that create value
- Challenge the status quo; lead and adapt to change, live E2E mind set
- Operate in a highly complex environment, ability to partner & work independently with associates at all levels of the organization, including interacting with senior management is required
- Fluent Spanish
