**What’s the role about?**
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be part of the Devlane team, and you will have the opportunity to play a key role in recruiting highly skilled talent for our international projects.
**What do we require from you?**
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on IT roles and senior profiles.
- Experience handling complex recruitment processes, securing high-quality hires in competitive markets.
- Experience gathering position requirements from English-speaking clients.
- Advanced negotiation and offer management skills, ensuring smooth transitions to hire.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
- Experience using recruitment technologies, such as ATS, evaluation platforms, and data metrics.
