What will you do?
- Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and communication across different
functional areas.
- Manage the relationship with our external operational business partners.
- Identify, initiate, negotiate and establish new business partnerships that benefit our operation.
- Drive LatAm product improvements in collaboration with our international product and engineering team.
- Supervise and actively contribute to the development of new CRM initiatives to increase player engagement.
- Lead the expansion and development of our retail presence.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance operational performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations on all parts of the business as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Mathematics, Data Management, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent with strong aptitude and relevant experience.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role in the iGaming business.
- Experience of working within an international environment, including working with a parent company (or
similar) outside of the country.
- Previous experience in operations is required, with a preference for expertise in all the following areas: Product, CRM, Business Intelligence, Customer Service, Fraud & Payments.
- Experience of working with engineering on new product developments. Hands on technical expertise is a plus.
- Experience in managing and negotiating with external business partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple
projects with several people inside, and external to the organization.
- A data-driven mindset: Feeling comfortable working with data.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in cross-functional team leadership.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a wide variety of areas with a great deal of ownership and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, visual, and presentation.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken)
