Right now, we are looking for an **Accounts Payables Analyst **to join our team in **Bogota, Colombia**

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following:_
  • Control Expenses operation and monthly closings.
  • Ensure all Expenses policies and procedures are adhered.
  • Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.
  • Investigates and resolves problems associated with expenses reimbursement and credit cards management.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Helps to define processes, methodologies, and work standards but also always is looking to improve existing processes.
  • Possesses autonomy to perform day to day tasks without constant supervision
  • Brings new and fresh ideas to the team/relevant stakeholders.
  • What will help you succeed:_
  • Thorough understanding of general accounting.
  • Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various internal clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively & independently in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Concur knowledge.
  • More than 3 years of T&E process experience.
  • SAP
  • Concur (if possible)
