We are searching the best talent for **Head of HR, LATAM Strategic Partnership Group**. This role is located in **Bogotá, Colombia or Sao Paulo, Brazil**.

**Purpose**: This role is responsible for providing HR leadership in support of local business goals, enterprise and sector HR strategies within the Strategic Partnership Group organization and actively supports business leaders through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Business Partnering. The position will play a role within the HR Team in the development of an HR Strategy for each client organization. The position will play a role within the HR team for the client groups to define employment models and related HR approaches to drive engagement, innovation and productivity. This will require innovative and strategic thinking and a willingness / initiative to try new approaches.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Set direction, monitor progress, and oversee ongoing work of the SPG for the region.
- Partner closely with the region head and all country/cluster/region/One HR Double hat leaders to prioritize and execute work needed for the region:

- Agile business support: Fluctuating work as needed by key projects/efforts in the sectors/functions (example: supporting a change initiative within a sector via expert consulting on org design, etc)
- Local expertise: implementing actions as required due to unique needs of the country/cluster (example: country’s government changes a policy which requires action)

**Other responsibilities**:

- Serving in leadership capacity for various projects
- Managing complex region and country level initiatives
- Providing expertise for regional and global initiatives
- Supporting large projects and deliverables as determined by HR Leadership (including M&A activities)

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a degree in industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management, business or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience is required
- People leadership experience is required
