**Position Title**: Talent & People Associate
**Location**: Medellín, Colombia (Remote with 1-2 days onsite/week)
**Contract Type**: Contractor
**Compensation**: USD $1,000/month
**Language Requirement**: English - C1 Level

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **junior Talent & People Associate** to join our People team and help us scale recruitment and internal HR processes. This person will take ownership of **Talent Acquisition**, especially for roles in marketing and technology, while also contributing to People Operations and internal initiatives.

It’s an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career—with at least an internship or 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR—who’s eager to grow and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support hiring efforts for **marketing and technology roles**:

- Maintain and analyze **recruiting performance reports and trackers**:

- Assist with **People Operations tasks**, onboarding, and internal communications
- Help coordinate **team events, logistics, and internal activities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and alignment

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree completed** (required)
- **Minimum experience**: internship or at least **1 year** in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- **English level: C1** (spoken and written)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel
- Based in **Medellín**, with availability to work onsite **1-2 days per week**
