Bridge Showroom is a fashion distribution company selling high-end European womenswear brands, with exclusive rights for the United States. We are looking to fill a Sales Assistant position.
At Bridge Showroom, we genuinely care about our customers (boutique owners and managers), our team, our designers, and our results.
The Sales Assistant role serves as the focal point of contact for all the company’s boutique customers. The person occupying this position works closely with the marketing and sales team to provide exceptional customer service, thereby importantly contributing to the company’s success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Calling on assigned accounts / customers with marketing, prospecting and sales purposes;
- Booking sales appointments with customers and prospects;
- Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database as well as other marketing and prospecting platforms with the purpose of improving and perfecting customer records and contributing to better organizational knowledge about each customer account;
- Timely following up on sales appointments to convert notes into sales orders;
- Participating as a sales representative in main Trade Shows in the US.
- Excellent communication skills - superior communications skills and a genuine interest in building and maintaining relationships with the company’s customers are key to the success in this role.
- Proven ability to respond quickly to new issues, while ensuring the company’s procedures are followed, and values are upheld.
- Ability to proactively share ideas and demonstrate initiative, aimed at constantly improving the customer experience, and as a result, drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Adaptability in their communication style.
- Attention to detail and ability to distinguish and relate relevant information to other team members to ensure necessary actions are taken and follow-up is made, and that company’s knowledge of, and relationship with, any given customer is enhanced and recorded.
- Must speak perfect English.
- Valid US visa.
Team: Sales Team
Trial Period: 1 month
Schedule: Minimum 6 hours/ day
Payment method: Payoneer
Time off: Available after the first 6 months. Vacation days can only be taken in non-busy times i.e. May 1 - July 1, and/or November 10 - January 1. Your days off should be declared at least 60 days in advance, and put on the schedule.
