As a Business Development Representative you will play a key role in our growth and success. The BDR forms part of our Sales team and reports to our Regional General Manager.

**The **Role**:

- Primary responsibility is to meet & exceed ARR Net New Name monthly, quarterly & annual Sales targets
- Call prospects / channel partners from qualified and targeted data
- Generate qualified sales opportunities
- Booking Demos & meetings for prospects
- Achieving sales targets & driving results
- Attend team meetings, to discuss progress against targets
- Report weekly and monthly on targets
- Collaboration with Team colleagues to reach team targets

**Skills**:

- Confident communicator who can influence decision makers & stakeholders
- Ability to upskill and learn - keep up to date on product enhancements
- Previous sales hunter experience required
- Active listening - find out what the customers pain points are and how we can help
- Relationship building skills are key
- Objection handling
