**Essential Job Functions**:
- Contacting onsite technicians to arrange and negotiate appointments.
- Creating, posting and assigning work orders for onsite technicians.
- Handling and conducting phone duties in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. This would include dealing with our US-based partners and negotiating rates and/or conditions to fulfill sale orders, following up with techs to ensure they show up and complete appointments in a satisfactory manner.
- Responding to customer requests and attempting to resolve objections in accordance with established guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and social personality.
- Self-motivated individual.
- Inbound call center experience (highly desired).
- Must be fluent in English (Intermediate/Advanced level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic IT knowledge is a plus.
**Required Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Customer-centric mentality with 2-3 years of experience in a medium to high-volume call center.
- Customer Service and or dispatching experience.
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
