We are looking for professional, Driven, Ambitious Chefs to join our fast-growing company. This is a very unique opportunity to work with authentic wood fired cuisine. Our Bespoke hand-made 12ft by 12ft Woodfire oven adds a unique smoky flavour to the food we serve. We hand stretch pizza made with restaurant-quality ingredients and unique twists on old classics. This coupled with unique Skillets, Salads, Wraps. Brewstone is a celebration of fresh ingredients crafted by chefs and touched by fire. Check out our website and socials for more information.

You would be working directly with the Head of food for the group who develops menus across our estate of late-night venues, Restaurants and takeaways. There is a huge opportunity to upskill, develop and work across the group to gain experience and become part of a family of 200+ employees.

Live-in is provided at £95 per week including all bills, wifi. Communal washing, located close to the venue to help you get set up in the area or use indefinitely. If you moving distance to come to us we can help with the costs to get you settled. Speak to us on your interview and discuss your needs.

**Your Responsibilities**
- People_
- Catering to guest's needs, always going the extra mile and being your best self
- Support the Head Chef with completion of new menus, Specials, input
- Support the Head Chef in delivering high level of food to all customers and exceeding expectations
- Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene
- Maintain a good working relationship with both colleagues and customers;
- Communicate with colleagues/customers with regards to bookings and orders

Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with company policies

Keeping preparation at the right level

Making sure that food is served promptly

Monitoring food production to ensure consistent quality and portion size

Managing stock control, Learning Cost Control

Ensure all preparation areas are compliant with Environmental Health policies

Following relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines.

Adhere to strict cleanliness guidelines and health & safety procedures

Ensure all operating equipment is handled carefully

Have a strong awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken

Be fully conversant with the Company hygiene policy;
**Experience & Knowledge**

Previous experience in the catering industry

High standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Keen interest in food and cooking Skills:
Good organisation skills

Ability to do several tasks at once

Strong communication skills

**Salary**: $5,300,000 - $5,800,000 per hour
