Therefore, our Project Manager will be in charge of ensuring the effectiveness of the project productivity and billability for the company.

**Job Duties**
- Customer management.
- Detect business development opportunities and involve relevant people.
- Identify business development opportunities.
- Design and facilitate customer workshops.
- Effectively manage the project team and solve problems.
- Train team members in scrum methodology.
- Manage multiple teams on a large program or multiple projects.
- Manage risks and issues at the project and program level.

**Job requirements**
- 5 years of experience.
- Experience in the financial sector.
- Experience in a startupscaleup environment.
- Experience in Agile Coach Management.
- Experience in superior knowledge of software tools.
- Experience in strongly promoting Agile philosophy and ways of working Financial Management.
- Experience in creating tools and processes around internal and external reporting.
- Experience in addressing data-driven problems and ensuring project effectiveness.
- Experience with Agile Srum methodology.

**Desirables**
- Highly desirable: English level B2 to C2.
