Buscamos un **Senior Backend Engineer (Golang)** con experiência en microservicios escalables, diseño de APIs y migración de sistemas heredados. Trabajarás en un equipo ágil, desarrollando soluciones backend robustas, optimizando el rendimiento y asegurando la seguridad de la plataforma.
En este rol, participarás activamente en la migración de componentes PHP y Elixir a Golang, contribuyendo con código de alta calidad y mejores prácticas. También colaborarás en la planificación y estimación de tareas en un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y dinámico.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener microservicios escalables en **Golang**.
- Migrar componentes heredados de **PHP** y **Elixir** a Golang según sea necesario.
- Diseñar e implementar **APIs RESTful** para diversas aplicaciones.
- Optimizar el rendimiento y garantizar la seguridad de los sistemas backend.
- Diagnosticar y resolver defectos en componentes existentes.
- Estimar el esfuerzo de desarrollo en cada sprint y garantizar entregas puntuales.
- Participar activamente en **ceremonias ágiles** (planning, standups, reviews, etc.).
**Requisitos**:
5+ años de experiência en desarrollo backend.
Dominio de **Golang**, con experiência en sistemas productivos.
Conocimiento sólido en arquitectura de **microservicios** y seguridad.
Experiência en mecanismos de autenticación (**OAuth, JWT, SSO**).
Habilidad para participar en discusiones técnicas y estimaciones de esfuerzo.
Pensamiento crítico y habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
Enfoque hands-on: más del **90% del tiempo será programación**.
Disponibilidad para trabajar al menos **4 horas en US Central Time**.
**Deseables (No obligatorios, pero valorados)**:
Experiência con **Erlang/Elixir** (se usa en la aplicación de criptografía).
Conocimiento en **PHP** (tecnología de la aplicación heredada).
Experiência con **Next.js/React** (front-end de la empresa).
Familiaridad con **React Native** (aplicación móvil de la empresa).
