**About the Role**:
This is a remote, contract-based role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain test cases and test plans for SaaS products
- Identify and document defects and inconsistencies in SaaS products
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that defects are addressed and resolved efficiently
- Participate in the development of automation scripts and tools for testing SaaS products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, to reproduce and troubleshoot customer reported issues
- Monitor and report on the overall quality of SaaS products
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodology within the organization
- Proactively identify potential quality issues and roadblocks, and develop solutions to address them
- Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products and their functionality, and use this knowledge to improve the quality of the products

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field experience
- Coursework in software development and testing methods
- Knowledge of QA processes and methodology
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with automation

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or JavaScript such as Cypress, is a plus
