Esta persona será responsable de liderar el equipo SMB del país/cluster, asegurando el desarrollo del equipo, la gestión comercial (pipeline y forecast) del país/cluster, y también directamente de las ventas a nuevos clientes y renovaciones. Es responsable de acompañar a los ejecutivos en reuniones importantes, buscar contacto con equipos más senior de los clientes y estrechar los lazos entre los clientes y NielsenIQ. También debe comprender plenamente el negocio de cada cliente y orientar a los ejecutivos para proponer soluciones considerando no solo RMS, sino también todas las soluciones disponibles.
- Responsable de liderar el equipo SMB del país o cluster.
- Garantiza el desarrollo del equipo y la gestión comercial (pipeline y forecast) del país/cluster.
- Responsable directo de las ventas a nuevos clientes y de las renovaciones.
- Acompaña a los ejecutivos en reuniones importantes.
- Busca establecer contacto con equipos más senior (Board) dentro de los clientes.
- Fortalece las relaciones entre los clientes y NielsenIQ.
- Debe comprender completamente el negocio de cada cliente.
- Orienta a los ejecutivos para proponer soluciones que incluyan no solo RMS, sino también todas las soluciones disponibles.
- Ocupa una posición de liderazgo dentro de la estructura SMB.
- A pesar de su rol de liderazgo, sigue siendo responsable directo de la construcción del pipeline y de concretar ventas.

- Experiência en liderazgo de equipos
- Experiência con datos de investigaciones continuas.
- Conocimiento de diferentes metodologías de investigaciones continuas.
- Dominio del paquete Office.
- Inglés fluido.
- Experiência con CRM.
- Habilidad comercial y excelente comunicación interpersonal.
- Organización y proactividad.
- Capacidad analítica.
- Habilidad para realizar presentaciones ante públicos más senior.
- Habilidad para gestionar y trabajar en equipo.
- Experiência con CRM y plataformas comerciales.
- Gestión de pipeline comercial.
- Habilidad para realizar forecast comercial.
- Capacidad de influencia entre múltiples equipos.
