Otr Dispatcher

We are looking for a driven OTR Dispatcher who doesn’t just wait for freight—they go out and find it. If you're confident making cold calls, booking loads, and securing freight through brokers or shippers, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone who knows the grind of freight sales and dispatching and can keep trucks moving efficiently.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Find and book freight by reaching out to shippers, brokers, and potential clients
- Make outbound calls daily to secure freight and fill available trucks
- Use your dispatching experience to align customer needs with available equipment
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers and repeat freight partners
- Actively use load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and TMS software to coordinate freight
- Keep detailed records of leads, booked loads, and client communications
- Stay current on freight rates and market conditions to negotiate effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English (spoken and written); C1/C2 certification or time spent in an English-speaking country
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience dispatching OTR drivers
- Demonstrated ability to secure freight through outbound sales or cold calling
- A strong, self-starting work ethic—you take initiative and follow through
- Proficiency with tools like DAT, Truckstop, and TMS platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Remote-ready setup: reliable computer, dual monitors, smartphone, and stable internet
- A quiet, professional environment suitable for making outbound calls
- Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones when needed

**Shift Hours**: 8_:00AM to 5:00PM Central Time, Monday to Friday_
