In order to fully understand the different areas of the business, you will ask the right questions, be extremely interested in our sector and take pride in Wazoku. You will be the first and only recruitment coordinator in Colombia within the company. You are passionate and want to learn and grow with Wazoku.
**About the Role**
You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across the entire business. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the vacancy, the team and individuals who will be the best fit both in knowledge and culturally for the business. You will employ a mixture of traditional sourcing strategies and resources and developing new, creative recruiting ideas to manage and develop your pipeline of talent.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing direct applicants to vacancies
- Creating and managing engaging job adverts
- Supporting and advising managers throughout the recruitment process
- Keeping company profiles up to date (LinkedIn, Workable etc.)
- Assist in process improvements including recruitment tools, templates, policies and procedures
- Work closely with the wider operations team to ensure new hire experience is exceptional
**Requirements**:
**Essential Requirements**
- Excellent English verbal and written communication (Level B1 and above)
- Ability to listen to and advise hiring managers throughout the process
- Innovative, creating new recruiting ideas
- Target Driven, (commission structure in place)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple vacancies at once
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience working in recruitment
**Bonus Attributes**
- Experience working in a SAAS Business
- Experience recruiting for technical roles
**Salary $800 - $1,000 USD per month**
