Supply Planning Analyst

You will be responsible for production planning of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets. You will conduct mid
- and long-term planning through to finite scheduling. You will also work closely with plant operations, suppliers and demand to ensure a proper flow of information and operational execution.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Develop short
- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally
- Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
- Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan
- Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning
- Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans by using system tools
- Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs

- Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment

- Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis

**What you need to know about this position**:

- Work with the Category DRP Planning for ensuring the short-term market deployment and product availability and SKU/DC level for meeting local demand.
- Collaborate with demand and Category DRP Planner for defining the sales trends, short term promotions, and assortment strategy.
- Allocate new product, seasonal launches and interchangeability rules for domestics' replenishments.
- Allocate short term horizon replenishment orders for local DC's.
- Perform analysis on statistical replenishment orders by SKU & DC.
- Adjust short term replenishment for discontinued and out of stock items.
- Provide weekly / daily communication to local DC teams, including out of stock & ETA of short-term deployment.
- The Replenishment planner is responsible for tracking allocation and replenishment plans for designated markets and DC's. He will conduct quantitative analysis to feedback the Category replenishment Planner about the short-term adjustments into the stock transferences to ensure the inventory and service objectives. The position will manage sort term replenishment to DC's by executing replenishment plans defined at the category level.
- The market replenishment planner will be accountable for ensuring the short-term optimal inventory levels and service.
- The market replenishment planner will be accountable for share the long-term optimal inventory levels and service level with restrictions and action plans.

**Job specific requirements**:

- Functional Work Experience (Supply Planning - Preferably) - CPG & Replenishment planning experience & Tools SAP ECC / APO.
- Knowledge in Demand Planning Processes.
- Drive for cross-functional results by proactively understanding and managing key issues & success criteria and prioritizing accordingly.
- Ability to evaluate different supply chain scenarios / trade-offs.
- Inventory management expertise.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, as well as verbal and written communication.
- Intermediate English level.
- Advanced Excel level.
