**Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Create engaging content for social media channels and manage community engagement.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
