As a **Operations Support,** you will make sure the updates are on time, call on time the drivers and clients supervising the freights are pick up and delivered in a proper way.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Check current location of drivers and check details such as transport temperature..
- This requires tracking loads during the shift.
- Solving any situation.

**REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS**

**What would help you succeed**:

- Believe and love what you do.
- Teamwork.
- Negotiation skills.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: High School Degree.
- **Experience**: at least 6 months in customer service or related field.
- **Language**: Advanced English B2 - C1.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Sunday to Friday from 11 pm to 7 am. (We work by the American calendar)
