Your primary responsibilities will include organizing case information, creating templates, and leveraging MyCase's automation features to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize MyCase to organize and manage case information efficiently.
- Create custom templates for legal documents and correspondence.
- Implement automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on MyCase usage and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in MyCase to maximize its potential within the firm.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a case manager or legal assistant, preferably in a personal injury law firm.
- Extensive knowledge of MyCase software and its automation capabilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating templates and automating workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
