**Bilingual Data Entry - Entry level position**

**Location**:Medellín, Colombia

**Schedule**:M-F 8 AM - 5 PM

**Type**:On-site position

**Contract**:Permanent Contract / Indefinite Term Contract

**Salary**: $2,723,976 COP - $3,177,972 COP per month + law benefits

**DESCRIPTION**:
A **Bilingual Data Entry **is responsible for entering and managing the company's employee benefits products. The Benefits Product Specialist works closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure that products meet employee needs and are cost-effective. They also present the benefits package to employees, answer any questions they may have, and help them to make informed decisions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Entering plans and benefits into the system.
- Maintaining code lists in the system.
- Creating corporate groups and other plans in the system.
- Activating plans and benefits in the system.
- Monitoring plans and benefits in the system.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Intermediate - Advanced English level is spoken and written.
- Management of Microsoft Office
- Experience of at least 1 years in similar positions
- Knowledge of the business (optional)
- Experience explaining benefits packages and how to enroll people in them.
- Possess a degree in Business Administration or related careers.
- Knowledge in HR Management will be a plus.
