**Position**: Marketing Coordinator

**Schedule**:Monday to friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

**City**:Barranquilla (On-site)

**Remuneration**: Salary of $2,925,000, plus an extra-legal housing allowance that is granted based on an extra-legal benefit plan defined by the mere liberality of the company for $1,575,000, for a total of $4,500,000.

**Job description**:Designing and developing end-to-end architectures for clients, specifically tailored to boost the visibility and demand for pension services, through the implementation of cohesive strategies and effective management of all aspects of the sales cycle.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement result-driven marketing strategies to successfully promote pension services across various target audiences, including both individuals and businesses.

2. Establish and manage strategic alliances with relevant companies, particularly health service providers, to provide valuable benefits and exclusive discounts to our clients who are actively engaged in the labor market.

3. Participate in relevant events and fairs within the travel and tourism sector, pecifically targeting adult plans and educational tourism to promote pension services.

4. Execute targeted advertising strategies in locations commonly visited by individuals close to retirement age, such as casinos, cafes, and other relevant establishments, in order to enhance the visibility of pension services among this audience.

5. Establish strategic alliances and develop impactful publicity campaigns within cultural spaces, such as museums and libraries, to effectively raise awareness about the advantages and benefits of pension services.

6. Participate in employment events and foster collaborations with financial companies to promote Certificates of Deposit (CDs) as a valuable option for retirement planning, educatig individuals about the benefots offered by CDs and the potential they hold for long-term financial growth.

**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:

- Required skills 2+ Yrs Experience in Sales Marketing.
- Usage CRM VISA
- Availability to travel.
- Specific expertise in the field. Preferrable: Experience in Sales Intel / Zoom info / Sales force and Webinars.
