This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes

**How you will contribute**

You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

**What you need to know about this position**:
Wacam Procurement Logistics+Repacking category is $ 10MM+. This position will deliver against the priorities defined by the Commercialization team (Category Planning, Marketing, PCM, CS&L) in each country.

The position works closely with Category planning, PCM and CS&L team to ensure that business goals will be achieved at minimum cost & complexity following appropriate processes.

The position ensures that all repacking and logistics contracts are negotiated to Maximize Mondelez Costs-Benefits and to guarantee the excellence in quality and performance. In this regard, it is intended that the position create an optimum working relationship with Commercialization team and with our Repacking and Logistics Suppliers.

Strong negotiation skills, insightful business judgment, and a pragmatic approach to risk management are critical to success.

The individual must be able to build networks and relationships rapidly within Commercialization, Procurement Operations and externally with Suppliers. Strong stakeholder management as well as an ability to switch between the big picture and detail will be essential.

- Marketing -sales) assuming total responsibility/representation of procurement. Fully understanding of requirements (briefs). Keep and maximize usage of the electronic tools provided by the organization SAP, Zycus, VMASS. Develop and implement efficient ways for standardization and harmonization in LA.
- Lead weekly meetings informing status, risks and next steps for Procurement Warehouse and Transportation activities
- Support Project Team to plan and execute all needed actions
- Handling with multifunctional team (Transports, Warehousing, Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, IS)
- Deliver Repacking cost reductions projects aligned with Business needs
- Insights & Needs fully translated with business constraints, Establish Stakeholder partner at the beginning of a project, Collaborate across regions and categories for the best solution creation, develop suppliers, market research and benchmarking with other companies and/or regions, looking for innovation, being creative and efficiency taking advantages of possible synergies to develop, all with the best total value: better cost, delivery time, quality etc., Partner with Procurement to collaborate with Suppliers and extract maximum support from them

- Follow up results with KPIs and stakeholders meetings to keep improving results and relationship with players & team.

- Full adherence and fulfillment of our Procurement Policy including SAF and the required backups.

**Education / Certifications**:

- Business Administration, Engineering or related fields

**Job specific requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience managing sourcing or logistics/repacking operations
- Skills to negotiate with Suppliers
- Education: Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
- Language: Advanced in English, written and oral.
