As part of its growth strategy and the strengthening of its maritime activities, EUROHINCA MAROC is recruiting a highly experienced Maritime Director. Reporting directly to top management, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s maritime activities, while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational performance, and the safety of maritime operations.

**Required Profile**
- Advanced degree in maritime sciences, naval engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Maritime Director.
- Excellent command of French; good level of English.
- Strong expertise in maritime and port operations management.
- Solid leadership, management, and strategic decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of national and international maritime regulations.
- High sense of responsibility, rigor, and ability to manage complex projects.
