**Job Title**: Customer Order Management & Project Specialist - ISP/MSP/VoIP

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Contractor
**Workplace**: 100% Remote (Global, PST Hours)
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST (occasional weekends)

Our client is a leading California-based technology solutions provider specializing in Internet, Managed IT, VoIP, and Cloud Computing services for business customers across the United States.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Customer Order & Provisioning Specialist to own the end-to-end order lifecycle while leading process improvement projects that drive efficiency, reduce errors, and elevate the customer experience.
You will be the central coordination point between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring every order meets strict SLA commitments. This is a role for someone who thrives in structured workflows, values accuracy, and can proactively identify risks before they impact service delivery.
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring 100% SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with provisioning, technical, and billing teams to deliver accurate, on-time services.
- Track and update order status in CRM/ERP systems, maintaining complete documentation.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for order-related updates and issue resolution.
- Lead internal process improvement projects to optimize workflows and reduce delivery errors.
- Monitor project timelines, identify blockers early, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and aligned with internal/external compliance standards.
- Generate and analyze order management reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Escalate issues to management before they impact delivery timelines or SLAs.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure a smooth handoff between operational teams.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Haves for the Role**:

- 2-3+ years of order management or provisioning experience in telecom/ISP/MSP/VoIP environments.
- Proven track record of leading process or operational improvement projects in a technical services setting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and ERP platforms (Odoo preferred).
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work PST hours consistently (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST, Mon-Fri).
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
- Stable remote work setup with high-speed wired internet and backup power/connection options.

**Nice-to-Haves for the Role**:

- Experience with Odoo ERP in a telecom or ISP order management context.
- Working knowledge of VoIP provisioning processes (e.g., DID/SIP assignment, hardware configuration).
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile certification.
- SLA performance monitoring and optimization experience.
- Proven track record of productivity in remote, distributed teams.
