Talent Assessment Team Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Talent Assessment Team Manager to join our team and provide oversight of the technical quality of professional assessment and analysis activities. You will plan, coordinate, and perform statistical analysis for assessments performed, including tests and interviews.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare examinations and automation of correction processes.
- Design a quality bar to content created for exams and interviews.
- Prepare a selection process for content creators and interviewers.
- Create a scoring system to evaluate the content creators and interviewers.
- Definition of Technical Interviews and supervision of the team of interviewers.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Work programming experience.
- Practical knowledge in recruitment.
- Proven experience in the assessment of technical positions.
- Advanced English Level.
