**Company Description**
At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for a **Data Scientist** fluent in English to join our Data Science Hub at Publicis Global Delivery, our talent powerhouse, the global interconnected network that provide offshore & nearshore solutions for our partners - sister companies´ business worldwide.

We currently have Hubs in Argentina, Colombia and Costa Rica and we are offering the amazing opportunity to take part of a globally distributed team that has a knack for understanding data and telling the story of why it matters. **Job Description** What you’ll do**:
You´ll be creating predictive models, including ML algorithms and AI, to drive marketing performance, isolate key KPI trends and performance pacing, optimize consumer online/offline experiences, predict consumer behaviors, maximize sales conversion, drive optimizations and forecast critical business outcomes
**Qualifications** We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes**:

- +2 years´ experience as a Data Scientist
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar field
- Performing quantitative data analysis. report writing and presenting findings
- Data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, MATLAB)
- Strong applied machine learning experience including but not limited to:

- Regression (Logistic/Linear/GLMs/Ridge/Lasso)
- Tree Based (XGBoost, LightGBM, RF)
- Clustering (Kmeans/RFM/Hierarchical/HDBSCAN)
- Experience in at least one Deep learning framework: TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, MXNet, Gluon
- Experience developing relevant and impactful data driven insights
- Experience prepping and working with large data sets
- Highly analytical and detail oriented, with a passion for digging into data to identify key trends, results, and critical outcomes
- Ability to communicate technical and complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients
